I gave Annette one of the most time sensitive and bureaucratic transactions I could possibly give anyone. The home was deep in foreclosure with an auction date of January 9. We were under contract November 20th, so the clock was against us. Emotions were high for everyone!
As one may imagine, there were several delinquencies and liens against the property with the need to contact attorneys to get answers and documents to issue clear title. Lets just say Annette does not shy away from a challenge. Annette was a force to be reckoned with the entire time.
